Cash Withdrawal Emails - TIAA

A redesign of the cash withdrawal email notification on the web and mobile devices.

I worked with project owners, content strategists, design operations, design directors, legal partners, marketing teams, and developers to bring the redesign initiative to life over many design iterations.

The following were the different email statuses I worked on:

  1. Acknowledge email - with required documents

  2. Acknowledge email - no required documents

  3. Reminder email for spousal waiver

  4. Spousal waiver approved

  5. Spousal waiver - Incomplete/ (not in good order)

  6. Declined - with reasons

  7. Cancelled transaction

  8. Transaction Completed
